At Urban Pocket, we aim to ensure you love every purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer an easy return process with store credit as the refund method. Please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  3. Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns.

Process for Returning Items

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at info.urbanpocket@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Ship the Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged and shipped to the provided return address.

Refund Method

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue  Store credit  in 3 days  equivalent to the value of the returned item(s).
  • Store credit (in 3 days) can be used for any future purchase on our website and does not expire.

Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Urban Pocket reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
  • Product color choices are subject to stock availability. In case the selected color is unavailable, an alternative may be provided. Please note, color unavailability cannot be considered a valid reason for refund, return, or exchange.
